What A Weekend

Our doors opened for business the first time on Wednesday, October 8, 2008 with a free VIP night for friends, family and community leaders. This gave our staff a chance to put into practice all the training they’d received from the corporate guys who had come in to show us the ropes. It was an exciting evening.  Two days later Mr. Eddie Phillips, East Ridge City Manager, presided over the ceremonial ribbon cutting. The bright yellow ribbon was sliced with a pizza cutter, of course.  We had all sorts of games and a huge slide for the kids. US 101 provided the music and we even gave stuff away.  It was a great beginning.
